QLogic Ships IBM Card

ALISO VIEJO, Calif. -- QLogic Corp.
(Nasdaq:QLGC), a leader in Fibre Channel host bus adapters (HBAs),
stackable switches and blade server switches today announced it is
shipping the industry's first Ethernet and Fibre Channel combo
expansion card for IBM BladeCenter servers. The QLogic(r) Ethernet and
4Gb Fibre Channel Expansion Card (CFFh) for IBM BladeCenter provides
two 1Gb Ethernet and two 4Gb Fibre Channel ports. Designed by QLogic
specifically for IBM BladeCenter, the innovative combo expansion card
provides new levels of space, power and cost-saving I/O connectivity
for blade server customers in Global 2000 enterprises.
