Reconciliation is the building block. You can't get to the other things without it. So the initial emphasis is on reconciliation and a common query interface to get the data from the various repositories.
When will we have a draft specification?
It will be some time into 2007. I'm not in a position to narrow it down more than that.
What role will existing standards, such as CIM or WSDM, play in regard to the end product of the working group?
To the extent we can build on standards, that's what we're trying to do. We're looking at CIM, WSDM and other Web services standards.
