Vipin Jain is Co-founder and CTO at Pensando. Previously at Cisco for +15 years, he has worked on building a generation of products in the areas of networking, internet routing, distributed systems, software-defined infrastructure, containers, kubernetes, cloud orchestration, security, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps. Prior to Pensando, he held leadership positions at four startups that were acquired by Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent/Riverstone, Nortel Networks and Cabletron Systems respectively during his tenure in the industry. He worked on some of the most successful cloud and data-center products such as Cisco Nexus switches, Cisco Unified Computing System, Cisco ACI, and Kubernetes based container networking system.
