Voyence Joins Smarts Program

RICHARDSON, Texas -- Voyence, a pioneer in automated network change and configuration management solutions, today announced that VoyenceControl software has achieved Designed for EMC Smarts” status – EMC’s premier recognition of quality and value for service assurance management software. This solution, which is available to members of the EMC Smarts Application Developer Program, demonstrates VoyenceControl has successfully met EMC’s comprehensive criteria for software quality design, development and implementation.

By combining VoyenceControl with EMC Smarts software, enterprise IT organizations and service providers can tightly link fault and configuration management. The technologies complement one another, providing closed-loop infrastructure management, enabling customers to pinpoint the root cause of problems and automatically remediate issues caused by misconfigurations.
