Netmarks to Distribute Verdasys

WALTHAM, Mass. -- Verdasys, Inc., the leader in integrated solutions for data loss prevention, corporate compliance and data security announced the signing of a distribution agreement with NETMARKS, INC., the leading network integrator based in Tokyo, Japan. NETMARKS will distribute Verdasys' Digital Guardian solutions as part of its overall integrated network solutions offerings throughout Japan and the Asian Pacific marketplace. The Agreement covers Digital Guardian licenses, maintenance, in-depth training and extensive pre and post direct sales support.
