NeoScale Teams With RSA

MILPITAS, Calif. -- NeoScale Systems, the independent leader in enterprise storage security solutions, today announced a strategic partnership with RSA(R), The Security Division of EMC (NYSE:EMC), to offer NeoScale's enterprise-class CryptoStor(R) Tape and CryptoStor FC Disk encryption appliances to joint customers. NeoScale and RSA will also collaborate on development of common standards for enterprise-wide encryption and key management. NeoScale solutions protect sensitive data at rest against unauthorized access, address increased regulatory requirements, and simplify key management across heterogeneous platforms.

Customers are moving quickly to secure information in their storage infrastructure to meet compliance audit deadlines. NeoScale appliances are deployed as a drop-in security layer on the storage network and automate the encryption and recovery of information without requiring costly forklift upgrades of the existing storage infrastructure. By working across multiple storage brands and media types, the NeoScale appliance-based solution ensures consistent data-at-rest security across the enterprise.
