CINCINNATI -- Cincom Document Solutions (CDS), a division of global software company Cincom Systems, today announced that Molina Healthcare, Inc., a multi-state managed care organization with over one million members, has successfully implemented Cincom Eloquence document solutions and begun producing personalized documents in real time -- all in nineteendays.

Molina Healthcare chose Cincom Eloquence to enhance its Medicaid andMedicare member relationships by improving the speed, quality, andrelevancy of document communications to its members.

The company needed to create multiple variations of documentsincluding state and foreign language versions from a single documentmodel. With Cincom Eloquence, business users easily create andmaintain a single document model that determines the language andstate regulations for each individual member based upon real-timedata.Flexibility Speeds Implementation

Eloquence's use of open standards and services-oriented architectureallowed Molina to quickly assimilate the software within theirexisting infrastructure, and also provide a more flexible platform tobuild document applications as its business changes.
