LSI Announces Board Changes
LSI Corporation announced the expansion of its Board of Directors to 10 members and the election of Gregorio Reyes as its non-executive chairman

MILPITAS, Calif. -- LSI Corporation(NYSE:LSI) today announced the expansion of its Board of Directors to ten members and the election of Gregorio Reyes as its non-executive chairman.
Reyes, who has served as a director since 2001, succeeds James H. Keyes, who remains an LSI director. Reyes was a co-founder of Sunward Technologies in1985 and served as its chairman and CEO until 1994. He has been a private investor and management consultant since 1994.
The board also elected Timothy Chen as a director. Chen is corporate vice president and CEO, Greater China Region, for Microsoft.
