KENT, U.K. -- MIS Corporate Defence Solutions Limited (MIS CDS), one of the UK's largest IT security providers has acquired i-Sentral Security Ltd(i-Sentral) in a cash buyout. The acquisition includes the transfer of i-Sentral employees and assets.

With this acquisition, MIS CDS has expanded its customer portfolio and strengthened its managed service offering. MIS CDS is now one of the largest IT security management companies in the UK.
