HighPoint Supports Leopard
MILPITAS, Calif. -- announced today that the HighPoint RocketRAID (3000, 2000, 1000) series of SATA RAID controllers have been updated to support Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard.
The (RocketRAID 3000, 2000 and 1000) series of controllers is the first SATA RAID solution in the world to announce support for Leopard. The RocketRAID series of SATA controllers offer the versatile connectivity, various bus types and multiple port count and provides advanced data protection features to ensure data is always available, accessible and ready. New updates to the HighPoint RAID Management utility for Leopard include an easy to use web GUI interface to create RAID arrays, monitor storage health with SMART and the first SATA RAID controller for Mac to support true hot swap of a single disk or entire RAID array.
HighPoint is the first SATA RAID storage solution provider to announce support for Leopard; ensuring that customers can seamlessly update their RAID storage solution driver to be compatible with Leopard.
