FRAMINGHAM, Mass. -- GlassHouse Technologies, the leading independent IT infrastructure consulting and services firm, today announced the acquisition of independent IT consulting firm TPP Group. The move is part of GlassHouses continued drive to expand its storage management capabilities across the UK.
The agreement was completed on May 22, 2008 for an undisclosed amount, and TPP employees have already joined the GlassHouse team at the companys EMEA headquarters in Weybridge. TPP clients will also be joining the GlassHouse roster. This acquisition provides GlassHouse with additional project and program management capabilities that strengthen the companys storage management teams. TPP also bolsters GlassHouses European presence and provides added support to existing partnerships.
