Fox Interactive Media, Sun Microsystems, and Greenplum create enterprise data warehouse to support web monetization efforts

LOS ANGELES and SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Fox Interactive Media (FIM), Sun Microsystems (NASDAQ:JAVA), and Greenplum today announced that the three companies have developed and deployed a new data warehouse designed to support monetization efforts for FIMs portfolio of leading Web properties. The data warehouse solution is built upon the industry-leading Sun Fire(TM) x4500 storage server and the Solaris™ Operating System (OS) and provides complex, real-time analysis in support of FIM’s advanced targeted advertising systems.
