Fortisphere Partners With GlassHouse

Fortisphere and GlassHouse partner to provide policy-based management of virtual infrastructures

LAS VEGAS -- Fortisphere, a leading provider of policy-based virtualization management software, today announced a partnership with GlassHouse Technologies, a leading independent IT infrastructure consulting firm, to deliver the next generation of policy-based automation to virtual infrastructures. The partnership will enable Fortisphere to integrate its Virtual Essentials suite of management tools into GlassHouse’s advanced Management Interface and offer customers the most comprehensive solution in the market for the automation, control and management of heterogeneous virtual infrastructures.

Debuted at VMworld 2008, GlassHouse Managed Services for Virtual Environments is a new initiative that allows enterprises to outsource the management and support of their virtual infrastructures to vendor-independent professionals with deep technical knowledge and practical, hands-on experience in virtualization technologies. GlassHouse is currently working with customers utilizing its advanced Management Interface and expanding functionality through partners such as Fortisphere.
