(NASDAQ:NTAP), a leading provider of storage and data management solutions, today announced that VSNL, a leading communications solutions provider, has selected NetApp enterprise storage solutions to support its Global Managed Hosting and Storage service offerings in the US, UK, and Singapore. VSNL is the operator of one of the largest global data networks and is also a leading supplier of enterprise communication services within and to India and increasingly around the world. VSNL uses NetApp virtualization and data protection capabilities on a Fibre Channel SAN network inside their global data centers to provide its customers with easy-to-manage, reliable, and highly productive data storage.
