VMware Unveils Calculator

PALO ALTO, Calif. -- VMware, Inc., the global leader in software for industry-standard virtualized desktops and servers, today introduced a self-service Web-based TCO Calculator that estimates the return on investment of VMware Infrastructure, the industry's most robust virtualization software suite, and provides a detailed report of potential cost savings. IT decision makers face continually escalating data center infrastructure and administrative costs from hardware acquisition, management, power and cooling, real estate and disaster recovery.
