Radware Revises Guidance

Based on preliminary financial information Radware expects its revenues for first quarter of 2007 to slightly less than the previous guidance

TEL AVIV -- Radware (Nasdaq: RDWR - News), the leading provider of intelligent integrated solutions for ensuring the fast, reliable and secure delivery of networked and web-enabled applications over IP, today announced that based on preliminary financial information it expects its revenues for first quarter of 2007 to be approximately $20 million, which is slightly less than the previous guidance of revenues of $21-22 million. Consequently, Radware expects to incur a net loss for the quarter compared to the previous guidance of a break even quarter. The final results will be presented prior to the management conference call on May 2nd, 2007.

"Revenues are expected to be flat compared to the first quarter of 2006,"said Roy Zisapel, President and CEO of Radware. "However, we expect to see renewed growth in the second half of 2007 based on the completion of a sales force restructuring in key territories and new introductions to our product portfolio," said Mr. Zisapel.

Radware management will host a Conference Call on May 2nd, 2007 at 8:45 AM EDT, to discuss its first quarter results. Dial-in and webcast information will be provided prior to the call.
