SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Pillar Data Systems, a leading provider ofenterprise network storage systems, today announced Virgin Games as thecompany's 200th customer. Virgin Games, a wholly owned trading division ofVirgin.com Limited, provides a number of online gaming services to users inthe United Kingdom.

As part of Virgin's global drive to develop and promote environmentallyfriendly businesses, Virgin Games chose Pillar over several other storagecompanies for the Pillar Axiom's ability to consolidate multiple tiers ofstorage, applications, and environments into a single platform whileconsuming the lowest levels of space and energy.
