Internap announced the expansions of its Boston and New York data center facilities

ATLANTA -- Internap Network Services Corporation (AMEX:IIP ), a leading provider of performance-basedrouting solutions over the Internet, today announced the expansions ofits Boston and New York data center facilities. The plans allowInternap to address growing customer demands within each city andmaximize its existing space. Completion of both build-outs is expectedbefore the end of the year.

Including its Boston and New York facilities, Internap currentlyoperates and manages seven data centers with additional locations inAtlanta, Houston, and Seattle. The company also offers space in 23additional facilities operated by strategic partners across NorthAmerica, Europe, and Asia-Pac.

"These strategic investments help strengthen Internap's core IPportfolio and allow us to effectively optimize our existing real estatewithout incurring the level of substantial capital expenditures requiredfor traditional greenfield builds," said James P.
