eSoft Delivers Integrated Antivirus/Spyware Suite

eSoft today said it has begun delivering a new antivirus and anti-spyware suite featuring a centralized management console for easy IT administration.

eSoft's Desktop Anti-Virus/Spyware Suite targets Internet-borne threats as well as attacks transmitted internally over CD, USB and mobile devices, the vendor said. IT administrators can set their own policy controls and receive custom security reports and alerts by logging in to the central management console.The console not only enables centralized oversight but eases the task of deploying antivirus and anti-spyware detection capabilities across the enterprise. Administrators can define groups, apply security policies, run scans and report on computers across the network. The central server checks for software and signature updates and sends updates out to all managed computers.
