MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. -- Kazeon Systems, Inc., a leading provider of intelligent eDiscovery solutions, today announced a reseller partnership with Zeh Software Inc., a worldwide leader in network printing solutions, montage, and image publishing for the oil, gas, GIS and MCAD industries. Kazeons Information Access Platform will be used by Zeh’s customers to intelligently Discover, Search, Classify and take Action upon all their electronically stored information (ESI). Kazeon’s technology streamlines eDiscovery tasks including early case assessment, analytics, processing and preservation of ESI – greatly reducing the overall cost and risk associated with legal discovery while helping organizations comply with corporate or governmental mandates such as the U.S. Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) and the new Canadian National Instrument (NI) 31-103 guidelines.

FRCP requirements have forced legal professionals to shorten the time it takes to produce relevant information for eDiscovery and to identify relevant and sensitive data residing on a company’s network. As a result, Zeh’s customers’ legal teams in the oil and gas industry worldwide are now required to sift through enormous volumes of ESI across the enterprise and across various data sources including desktops, email and PST content. Kazeon provides Zeh’s customers with defensible and auditable proactive and reactive eDiscovery capabilities through Kazeon’s ability to automate in-house eDiscovery functions, from collection through processing, analysis and review.

“Record prices for petroleum commodities have forced many companies to reduce costs including staffing levels,” said Jerry Martin, President and CEO of Zeh Software. “Leveraging Kazeon’s technology and Zeh’s expertise in the oil and gas industry will automate and greatly simplify our customers’ eDiscovery processes, reducing the manual tasks and burden that exists today.”
