Vadium Technology Names CEO

TACOMA, Wash. -- Vadium Technology, Inc. the leading provider of easy to use, unbreakable data encryption solutions today announced the appointment of Mr. Jose Antonio Rios, to the Company's senior executive team as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Rios also becomes a member of Vadium Technology's Board of Directors. Mr. Rios brings to Vadium more than 30 years of proven leadership and international executive experience. During his career he has achieved a number of major global accomplishments as a senior executive at such leading multi-national companies as Global Crossing, Telefonica S.A., Hughes Electronics, Galaxy Latin-America (DIRECTV) and the Cisneros Group of Companies.
