POWAY, Calif. -- Siafu Software, a leader in easy-to-install, easy-to-manage encrypted iSCSI solutions for affordable IP storage, today announced that it has exceeded its aggressive corporate goals for 2006, including rapid product delivery and strong VAR and customer adoption. After shipping its first Siafu Swarm Series iSCSI-based IP storage appliance just under six months ago, Siafu Software has authorized multiple storage VARs and key distribution partners and continues see a triple digit growth rates month after month as it adds to its growing roster of small-to-medium sized (SMB) customers across multiple industries. Siafu has quickly built on this momentum with the recent shipping of the new Siafu Sypher tape encryption appliance.

"We are setting a new baseline for secure, cost-effective storage by uniquely addressing the previously underserved SMB market with low-cost, full-featured IP storage and encryption," said John Matze, president and CEO, Siafu Software. "Following our first product shipment in August 2006, customer demand and VAR opportunities are soaring.
