The Interop exhibition opens on April 29 May 1 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Technologies to be demonstrated in the Ethernet Alliance booth include: SFP+, Backplane Ethernet, 10GBASE-T and Power over Ethernet (PoE). By proving interoperability, organizations can benefit from 10GbE technology to deliver high-performance data networking and low latency clustering for today and tomorrows rigorous networking demands.

Ethernet Alliance members will demonstrate multi-vendor interoperability for 10GBASE-SR, 10GBASE-LRM, 10GBASE-T and PoE. These technologies are based on recently completed or emerging Ethernet standardstaking Ethernet into data centers, wiring closets, and building fiber riser backbones, as well as to corporate offices and wireless hotspots, and powering devices such as wireless access points.
