OIH Renamed Possitivity

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- OIH recently announced that it has renamed itself possitivity, and will offer its first-rate document-management services to the private sector for the first time.

We felt a new name gave us a fresh start and new outlook when we decided to offer our document-management services to the business world,” said Connie Chwan, possitivity’s president and CEO. “The possitivity name reflects our goal of providing excellent service while people with disabilities find gainful employment.”

For 30 years, OIH has provided state and local governments with quality document-management services, including retention, storage, imaging and destruction, utilizing the skills and hard work of people with disabilities. Now as possitivity, the not-profit coporation will offer the same excellent service and access to problem-solving solutions through networking partnerships that promote innovation to the private-sector business world.

Possitivity’s leaders’ decision to enter the private sector helps advance the mission of creating jobs for individuals with disabilities, while providing an exceptional service at a substantially lower cost.
