Netli Adds to Patent Portfolio

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. -- Netli(R), the fastest
growing global service provider for accelerating applications and content
over the Internet, today announced the issuance of a new patent that covers
several innovative aspects of the company's industry-leading application
acceleration service. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issued U.S.
Patent No. 7,165,116, titled "Method for Network Discovery Using Name
Servers," on January 16, 2007.

Netli's Application Delivery Network Service (ADN) is used by many Global
2000 enterprises to increase the performance, scale and reliability of their
Web applications over the Internet without infrastructure build out. The
result is increased application adoption and usage while lowering overall
operating costs. This new patent strengthens Netli's growing portfolio of
application delivery patents.
