Opting for a hosted or on-demand software application is gaining in popularity. There are plenty of reasons it???s a good choice, but also reasons that software as a service may not be the best choice for your company. Even when it is, you should enter into a contract knowing the potential risks and how to protect your company against them. In this podcast we spoke with Marc Lindsey, a lawyer with Levine, Blaszak, Block & Boothby, LLP, who negotiates both on-site and on demand software deals for large enterprise customers, about key issues enterprise customers should consider when negotiating on demand software contracts.
