SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- Juniper Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: JNPR), the leader in high-performance networking, today announced the appointment of Mike Rose, former executive vice president and chief information officer of Royal Dutch Shell plc, to the Juniper Networks board of directors effective immediately.
'I am pleased to welcome Mike to Juniper's board of directors,' said Scott Kriens, Juniper Networks' Chairman and CEO. 'Mike brings nearly 30 years of industry insight and expertise to the board and will be a strong addition to our extended management team.'
