EED and IBM team to deliver comprehensive e-Discovery software and services

NEW YORK -- Electronic Evidence Discovery, Inc. (EED), the pioneering leader in eDiscovery, today announced that they are teaming with IBM to address the growing eDiscovery needs of global organizations. Recognizing that eDiscovery requirements span corporate IT and legal departments, EED and IBM will work together to offer customers comprehensive professional services and complementary software solutions to address these needs.

As part of the agreement, EED will serve as a legal eDiscovery business partner to IBM, offering legal eDiscovery Process Design consulting and corporate Litigation Readiness services to IBM customers, as well as reactive eDiscovery services for individual outsourced litigation.
