Based on Thomson Litigation Consulting’s strategic advice, DLA Piper, the world’s largest law firm, utilized Clearwell to respond to a large last-minute data request within a five-day court-appointed deadline, a task that would have taken weeks if handled through traditional processes. With Clearwell, Thomson Litigation Consulting and DLA Piper processed and analyzed over 570,000 documents across 11 custodians, culled them down to 3,070 relevant documents, and then produced them – all in less than four days.
