LAS VEGAS -- AxentraT Corporation and Nirvanix today announced a partnership that will allow Axentra to offer Nirvanix Storage Delivery Network (SDN) capability via its innovative HipServ home server software. The announcement, made at the 2008 International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, not only joins two industry-leading technology providers, but also gives consumers a simple, reliable way to store and preserve their treasured photos, videos and other personal digital possessions in a totally secure "digital vault" via the Internet.

Axentra's Nirvanix SDN capability further extends the value of HipServ, one of the most popular and highest-rated applications for saving, storing, syncing and sharing digital music, photos and videos within and outside of the digital home. HipServ with Nirvanix online storage capability is expected to debut by the end of Q12008 as an option on the LaCie Ethernet Disk mini - Home Edition personal media server (www.lacie.com).

"HipServ is changing the face of home media through its ease of use and broad operability with a myriad of devices and platforms. Users will find that the addition of Nirvanix SDN will give them another truly valuable new option," said Geoff Tudor, senior vice president of business development for Nirvanix. "With a single click, HipServ users will be able to back up their most precious digital information in a virtual hard drive that is safe, totally secure and physically removed from the home-the ultimate 'safe deposit box' for important files."
