HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. -- Aventiv USA has introduced version 2.1 of NomaDesk (www.nomadesk.com), an innovative document collaboration solution that enables mobile business teams of two to 25 to intuitively manage, edit, share and synchronize documents anywhere – even when offline. Jeff Jochum, the company’s chief marketing officer, made the announcement.

With NomaDesk, business teams can share a ‘team-document workspace’ that provides enterprise-grade security and is both password-protected and encrypted.

Jochum said NomaDesk workspaces automatically and dynamically synchronize and update when users are connected to the internet. A simple email invite/respond system allows users to build and lead a business team, effortlessly.

“With NomaDesk, there’s no need for expensive servers, complex software, training or high-priced IT personnel,” Jochum said. “The workspaces are seamlessly integrated with Windows® Explorer, and there are no limits on storage or bandwidth.”
