1Vault Formalizes Alliance

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- A three-year contract formalizing an alliance between 1Vault Networks (www.1vault.net) and Advanced Processing & Imaging (API) has been announced.

Through the terms of the agreement, 1Vault Networks will support OptiView Enterprise Content Management (ECM), API’s fully integrated system with a customized business continuity solutions package. 1Vault Networks will incorporate hosted IT servers providing API and 1Vault customers an on-line, real time document management solution, as well as colocation and disaster recovery services. API, according to the agreement, will refer clients to 1Vault Networks for colocation and network services. 1Vault will also be offering the managed OptiView ECM solution to its customers and prospects in need of both document management software and disaster recovery solutions.
