Lumeta Announces New Release of IPsonar: Page 2 of 3

Lumeta Corporation , the leading provider of network discovery, mapping and network leak detection solutions for large enterprises and government agencies, today announced a new release of IPsonar??, which includes advancements in the product's discovery, visualization and analysis capabilities.

The latest release of IPsonar includes a comprehensive comparison reporting feature, which allows users to compare any two reports, and highlights the differences between the results. IPsonar is pre-configured with a group of common comparisons, such as unknown devices and total number of routers, and users also have the ability to create and modify their own comparison queries by setting parameters through the intuitive user interface.  IPsonar's new comprehensive reporting comparison functionality provides users with a clear method to analyze network change across the network over time, or to compare key security factors between network segments or business units.

With this latest release of IPsonar, Lumeta has enhanced the mapping capabilities to allow users to better interact with the way the map is displayed as well as to allow the map to be controlled in ways which are beneficial when exploring very large data sets. Lumeta IPsonar now includes the ability for users to create and save user defined layouts. Users can combine a set of nodes into a group and label that group for easy segmentation of the data. Also, users can select a node or group on the map and move it to a specific location and then lock it into position on the map.
