ConnecTel has filed a patent infringement suit against Cisco Systems, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The case, filed in U.S. District Court in Marshall, Texas, reportedly involves four patents held by Miami Beach, Fla.-based ConnecTel executive Allen Kaplan.

At issue is technology involved in an "intelligent routing system."
