Quantum Data Management Software achieves Intransa 10GbE StorStac certification

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Intransa, the global leader of scalable, network-centric IP storage solutions, announced today that Quantum, the leading global specialist in backup, recovery and archive, has achieved certification and integration under Intransas 10GbE certification program, affirming the product’s compatibility and seamless operation with Intransa’s StorStac System PCU100 product line. The Intransa 10GbE IP SAN combined with Quantum’s StorNext data management software provides customers with the industry’s most advanced throughput, high-availability and easy-to-manage solution enabling customers to generate revenue faster and store more data a lower cost, simplifying the management and delivery of applications for the enterprise.

Quantum is the latest partner to complete Intransa’s 10GbE storage solution certification, the industry’s first 10GbE certification program of its kind.
