EVault InfoStage 5 and EVault Protect 5

Upgrades to EVault's InfoStage software and Protect managed-service offering take online backup and recovery to the next level. Among the new features is parallel restore, which lets you execute simultaneous restores from one vault to speed recovery from multiple backups. Advanced backup agents for Exchange, Oracle and SQL offer one-pass restores and finer backup granularity. Delta block backup technology lets you migrate vault backups to disk, tape or another vault. In addition to expanded support for SuSE Linux and ISeries V5R3, EVault supports Hewlett-Packard HP-UX, IBM AIX, Microsoft Windows, Novell NetWare, Red Hat Linux and Sun Solaris. EVault InfoStage pricing starts at $16,000; EVault Protect pricing depends on the amount of storage used per month and the length of the service contract.
