ProStor Appoints Walker as VP

BOULDER, Colo. -- ProStor Systems, a leading developer of removabledisk storage solutions for data protection and archive applications, today announcedit has named Buzz Walker to the newly created position of vice president of productmanagement. Walker has more than 25 years of experience in storage systems, softwareand technology ventures.

Walker will assume responsibility for product management and market strategy for thecompanys RDX® removable disk technology and InfiniVault™, the world’s firstremovable disk archive solution. This includes go-to-market strategies, marketanalysis, market segmentation, product positioning, messaging, target markets,pricing and the company’s product roadmap.

Walker joins ProStor from Arkivio, Inc., a leader in delivering InformationLifecycle Management (ILM) software solutions for enterprise file system management,where he was vice president of marketing and business development. At Arkivio,Walker led all marketing, product management, branding, strategy and allianceactivities.
