Trigence announces the appointment of Greg O'Connor as President and Chief Executive Officer

JERSEY CITY, N.J., and OTTAWA -- Trigence Corp., the leader in application virtualization solutions for the data center, today announced the appointment of Greg O'Connor as President and Chief Executive Officer.

O'Connor, a software industry veteran, brings over 20 years of industry knowledge and technology vision to Trigence.

Greg is a seasoned software executive whose combined sales and technical background, leadership skills and customer focus will enable Trigence to capitalize on the company's growing market opportunity," said Ron Warburton, Chairman of the Board of Trigence. O'Connor joins Trigence from Progress Software, where he was President and Founder of Sonic Software. Greg grew the company from concept to 350 people. Under Gregs leadership, revenue grew to over $40 million. As President, Greg was the executive in charge of all business functions, including marketing, sales, product development, client support and services.
