Traxi Technologies yesterday announced a range of product and service offerings to help enterprises ease Voice over IP (VoIP) and IT implementation while providing help desk management and disaster recovery.

The company's flagship product is the Volcrum VoIP middleware application designed to integrate voice networks with enterprise tools like customer relationship management (CRM). Traxi also provides a comprehensive range of VoIP integration services. Along with hardware partners like handset vendor ShoretTel, the company will oversee VoIP implementation and integration with enterprise applications using its Volcrum product.

"With our new offerings, we have best positioned our firm to focus on our core competencies -- Information Technology, Internet Protocol and Telephony," Traxi Technologies president and founder Lou Person said in statement. "We have always been leaders in providing our customers with IT and Telephony solutions. VoIP allows us to leverage our management's combined century of expertise with IT and Telephony into a fully integrated solution."

Despite its focus on VoIP, Traxi has maintained its IT practice, and continues to offer services to deploy, manage and support a wide range of technologies within an IT infrastructure. The company offers a continuous help desk and monitoring service and what it calls "total voice and data redundancy" to provide disaster relief and business continuity to its customers.
