AUSTIN, Texas -- Tehuti Networks, a semiconductor company providing 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GbE) single-chip, low-power network controllers, will participate with Fulcrum Microsystems in a 10 GbE high-throughput demonstration at the 2007 Server Blade Summit, May 1-3, 2007, booth #305/306 at the Anaheim Marriott Hotel in Anaheim, CA.

Tehuti Networks will demonstrate multiple servers interconnected using their 10 Gigabit Ethernet Network Interface Cards (NICs) and a Fulcrum FM2224 switch to provide connectivity. This demonstration highlights and answers the growing demand from OEM customers for IC vendors to validate interoperability and standards in order to shorten the customers' design cycle.

Tehuti Networks will demonstrate its TN7585-D, the industry's first 10GbE dual port CX4, low-profile server adapter. The TN7585-D adapter's dimensions are a mere 4.6" by 2.5" with a power dissipation of 11W. It supports all major operating systems including Microsoft, Linux™, FreeBSD® and Solaris™, and also supports software virtualization via VMWare® and Xen™.

The Fulcrum reference design, part number FM2224-EP-103, is a 24-port pizza-box style switch with 12 SFP+ module cages and 12 CX4 connectors. It represents the highest density, highest performance and lowest latency 10G Ethernet switch in a 1U form-factor available on the market today.

In a separate release:AUSTIN, Texas -- Tehuti Networks, a semiconductor company providing 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GbE) single-chip, low-power network controllers, has signed an agreement with Trinity Technologies to market and sell Tehuti Networks' 10GbE semiconductor solutions in northern California. Trinity Technologies will also provide technical support for Tehuti Networks' customers. Tehuti Networks' solutions provide true 10GbE performance, with no additional power, footprint requirements or memory requirements compared to a basic MAC.

Tehuti Networks' low-power 10GbE solutions are targeted for volume applications that are sensitive to power and cost budgets. Though its OptiStrata proprietary microprocessor architecture, Tehuti Networks offers an optimal combination of features implemented in hardware and firmware to offer high performance with no impact to the operating system, power, real estate and cost budgets.

"Tehuti Networks' 10GbE solutions include the important features that so many of our customers have been asking for - small form factor, low power and low cost. Trinity Technologies is proud to have Tehuti Networks as part of our portfolio of products and look forward to supporting their market-leading products," said Mark Powers, president, Trinity Technologies.

"The market for 10GbE is becoming increasingly dynamic, and having Trinity Technologies work with us in the crucial U.S. market will help us capitalize on this opportunity and support our increasing market traction," said Blaine Kohl, vice president of marketing and sales, Tehuti Networks. "With Trinity's experience and success with other semiconductor companies, we know that our OEM customers will receive outstanding service and support."
