Skype service is "back to normal" as of Saturday morning after an outage last week knocked out the popular VoIP service for two days and left many small businesses fuming.Last Thursday and Friday's outage was caused by "a massive restart of our users computers across the globe within a very short timeframe as they re-booted after receiving a routine set of patches through Windows Update" according to the VoIP provider's blog.
