Onaro Hires Customer Service Director

Jim Lavallee appointed to deliver world-class service to global customer base

BOSTON -- Onaro, Inc. (http://www.onaro.com), the leader in datacenter automation for storage, today announced that Jim Lavallee has joined the company as director of customer service. Jim will lead Onaros customer and partner support initiatives including product documentation, training, customer support and consulting services.

As Director of Customer Service, Jim is responsible for the delivery of services and support to Onaro users globally. With more than 17 years of engineering and project management experience, Jim brings a wealth of operational and strategic knowledge to Onaro. Previously, he served as director of software engineering at EMC Corporation where he was responsible for the development and support of Control Center SAN Manager and SAN Advisor applications. Jim also contributed to several industry efforts to standardize storage management.
