IRVINE, Calif. -- MTI Technology Corporation (NASDAQ:MTIC), a multi-national provider of consulting services and comprehensive information infrastructure solutions, today announced that John Maxwell has been appointed vice president of marketing. In this role, he will be responsible for all inbound and outbound marketing, including the telemarketing organization. Mr. Maxwell comes to MTI with 20 years in the storage industry in both IT positions and with leading storage vendors such as Legato (now EMC), Veritas (now Symantec) and Sun Microsystems.
