Mellanox announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,000,000 of its ordinary shares at a price to the public of $17 per share

SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Mellanox Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ:MLNX) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,000,000 of its ordinary shares at a price to the public of $17 per share. All of the ordinary shares are being offered by the Company. Mellanox has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 900,000 additional shares at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. Mellanox’s common stock will be listed on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol “MLNX”.

Morgan Securities Inc. acted as joint book-running managers for the offering, with Thomas Weisel Partners LLC and Jefferies & Company, Inc. serving as co-managers.
