Mellanox Added to TASE Indexes

Mellanox announced that the Company will be added to four major indexes on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange

SANTA CLARA, Calif. and YOKNEAM, Israel -- Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ:MLNX) (TASE:MLNX), a leading supplier of semiconductor-based, server and storage interconnect products, announced today that the Company will be added to four major indexes on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). Effective Wednesday, July 25, Mellanox will be added to the TA-75 and TA-100. Effective Sunday, July 29, Mellanox will be added to the Tel-Tech and Tel-Tech 15 indexes.

Summary of the TA-75, TA-100, Tel-Tech and Tel-Tech 15 Indexes

The TA-75 Index is one of the TASE's leading indices, published from 1999. The index tracks the 75 companies with the highest market capitalization not included in the TA-25 (an index that tracks the 25 companies with the highest market capitalization on the exchange).

The TA-100 Index is one of the TASE's leading indices, published from 1992. The index consists of the 100 companies with the highest market capitalization that are included in the TA-25 and TA-75 indexes.

The Tel-Tech Index was launched in 2000 and is the Tel Aviv technology index. The Tel-Tech consists of hi-tech companies in electronics and computers, R&D in life sciences, biotechnology and agro-technology sub-sectors, as well as venture capital funds and other investment companies that derive most of their value or revenues from these sectors.The Tel-Tech 15 Index is the TASE's leading technology index since its first publication in 2001. The index consists of the 15 largest shares in the Tel-Tech index.
