LiveOffice names email archiving veteran Nick Mehta as CEO

TORRANCE, Calif. -- LiveOffice, the leading provider of managed email archiving, compliance, security and Exchange hosting solutions, today announced the appointment of Nick Mehta as CEO. Mehta, who joined the LiveOffice board in January 2008, succeeds company Cofounder Alexander Rusich as CEO. Rusich will continue as chairman of the board and assume the new role of chief visionary officer (CVO), overseeing the companys long-term strategy and technology development. LiveOffice Cofounder Matt Smith remains as president and chief operating officer (COO).
