BOSTON -- Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM - News), the global leader in information protection and storage services, and Stratify, Inc., a leader in advanced electronic discovery services for the legal market, announced the formation of an alliance to provide Stratify's advanced electronic discovery capabilities to Iron Mountain customers. Corporations will be able to easily leverage the powerful capabilities of the Stratify Legal Discovery(TM) service using their data that is stored and protected by Iron Mountain to efficiently analyze and review data during internal investigations as well as for litigation or regulatory discovery requests.

Under the alliance, attorneys whose corporations rely on Iron Mountain's scalable eRecords Management solutions to manage, store or archive their data can directly transfer data to Stratify's secure data processing facilities. The information -- whether it is an email, electronic file or paper document -- will be processed by the Stratify Legal Discovery application and made available for attorney review and analysis in litigation, regulatory and internal investigations. With the partnership, customers reduce risk and cost and increase productivity by maintaining a single chain of custody during the eDiscovery process for data stored with Iron Mountain.

"Our alliance with Stratify will help our customers reduce eDiscovery and litigation-related risks while improving preparedness," said John Clancy, President of Iron Mountain Digital, the technology arm of Iron Mountain. "Changes in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure highlight the importance of electronic information for litigation and internal investigations. The combination of Iron Mountain's data protection and records management solutions with Stratify's advanced eDiscovery capabilities will allow our customers to quickly and effectively respond to internal investigations, regulatory or litigation discovery."
