HP Appoints SVP of US Sales

HP announced the appointment of Randall C. Runk as senior vice president of US sales for the company's Technology Solutions Group (TSG)

PALO ALTO, Calif. -- HP (NYSE:HPQ - News) today announced the appointment of Randall C. Runk as senior vice president of U.S. sales for the company's Technology Solutions Group (TSG), with immediate effect.

Runk, 55, will focus on growing enterprise sales revenue and margin, optimizing go-to-market sales coverage in global and enterprise accounts, and expanding mid-market coverage working with HP's channel organization.

In addition, Runk is responsible for the U.S. software business unit sales and for alliance sales and support. He will report to Jack Novia, managing director and senior vice president of TSG in the Americas.

Runk comes to HP from Oracle Corp., where he was most recently senior vice president of North America Strategic Account Sales.
