NEWTON, Mass. -- FilesX Inc., a leading provider of comprehensive next-generation data protection and disaster recovery solutions, has announced the immediate availability of support for multi-language versions of Microsoft Windows in its Xpress Restore software product.

This functionality was included in the release of Xpress Restore version 3.5, announced in January 2008, and testing has now been completed across the full range of different language versions of Microsoft® Windows operating systems.

“While many companies use English versions of Windows, we added this functionality to support new opportunities and channel partners in Brazil, China, France, Germany, Japan, Korea, Italy, Spain, Taiwan and a number of Middle-Eastern countries, as well as multi-national customers and distributors based in the United States” said Richard Vining, Director of Marketing at FilesX. “Xpress Restore enables the instant recovery of critical applications and data, anywhere in the organization, whether that is in data centers, remote offices or disaster recovery sites, anywhere in the world. With this announcement, we continue to lead the charge in Instant Application and Data Recovery Everywhere.”
