Enterasys Networks announces the appointment of Terry Schmid as chief financial officer

ANDOVER, Mass. -- Enterasys Networks(R), the Secure Networks Company(TM), announces the appointment of Terry Schmid as chief financial officer. He oversees the company's worldwide finance organization.
"Terry's experience as a CFO at both private and public companies is a great fit for Enterasys," said Mike Fabiaschi, the company's president and chief executive officer. "He will play a pivotal role in our drive for continued profitable growth. Terry has the skills to work with our management team and private ownership group on possible M&A activities as opportunities arise in an industry that appears ready to consolidate."
